The people of Yemen have been in a losing war for their basic rights. We need your help in supporting the Humanitarian Medical Aid Bridge. Yemenis are in dire need and we have highlight this reality. We need to save the people of Yemen. 45% of hospitals in Yemen are facing shortages of skilled doctors and life-saving medications and other medical supplies which are essential to the provision of care.
Our Focus Areas
- The Humanitarian Medical Bridge: we are hoping to connect doctors in Yemen to doctors here in Canada, for the Yemeni doctors to refer patients that are dealing with chronic diseases to Canadian doctors that have the skills, tools, and resources to share the experience with Yemeni doctors and to treat the patients who have cancer, kidney failure and other chronic illnesses.
- The website will serve as a bridge between those in Yemen and those in Canada and other countries around the war, wherein we will work as facilitators to help Yemeni people get in touch with doctors in Canada to receive the counseling they need.
- We will construct a system manage all of the referrals, and doctors from both Yemen (to refer patients) and Canada (to provide treatment). This is a small but important mission for people who are working on human rights around the world.
